Elgiganten is a market-leading company in consumer electronics retail in the Nordic region. As a customer service representative, you will provide top-class service to their thousands of customers!

In the role of customer service representative for Elgiganten, you will exclusively handle our Norwegian-speaking customers, primarily through incoming calls. As you develop, you will also handle inquiries via email and chat. To master the role, you will be supported by your leaders who have experience in the position and have access to tools to meet customers in the best way. The cases you will handle consist of invoice, delivery, and insurance inquiries, as well as stock balance in-store.

The position is 80%, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to influence your own schedule.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented
• Is motivated to learn new things
• Has passing grades in Swedish 1/A and English 5/A
• Has good computer skills
• Can work part-time at 80% from our office in central Gothenburg
• Can work full-time during the training period (approximately 15 working days)
